Bestwicket upholds a robust refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in its operations. Once funds are added to a user's account, they are non-refundable and can only be utilized for participating in games or challenges hosted by the website.
Once a user confirms an exchange, cancellations are strictly prohibited. However, Bestwicket retains the right to cancel an exchange and issue a refund under specific conditions. Users may initiate a refund by submitting a written request from their registered email address to Bestwicket at least 2 days before the start of the respective round. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the denial of the refund request.
Bestwicket retains the discretion to limit the refund amount, deducting applicable charges and costs at its sole discretion and through careful monitoring. The refund processing period may extend up to 5-7 business days.
Users are required to adhere to additional agreements governing the exchange process. In case of any discrepancies between these additional agreements and Bestwicket policies, the former will take precedence. It is essential to note that these refund policies specifically apply to funds used for joining challenges and will be credited back to the user's source of records with Bestwicket.
In unforeseen circumstances, such as errors, canceled events, or acts of nature, only the joining fee will be eligible for a refund; winnings based on the final standings will not be considered for refunds.
