We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that our fantasy sports services cannot be accessed in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, and Nagaland.
• Participants must have a functional email account.
• Any participant found to possess insider knowledge may be barred from participating and/or withdrawing winnings.
• Successful registration on the Bestwicket is a prerequisite for contest participation and eligibility for winning.

Usage Terms For Bestwicket

All users of Bestwicket acknowledge and agree to any revisions made to the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and usage policies previously established by Bestwicket.

Bestwicket reserves the exclusive right, at its discretion, to prevent a user from using the services and features provided by the website if the user rejects the modifications to these Terms and Conditions, laws, rules, and usage conditions.

The authority exists to establish general policies and limitations for Bestwicket, deactivate or erase a user's account along with all associated data and files, relocate or erase any content submitted to the website, and establish fundamental guidelines and restrictions.

Winner Selection, Verification, And Conditions

The number of winners and amounts will be disclosed before the game begins by Bestwicket. In the event of a tie, winners will be announced, and winnings will be evenly distributed among successful competitors.

Bestwicket retains the right to disqualify participants in the paid versions of the Contest(s) if they are found to be residents of the mentioned Indian states. Additionally, they will forfeit any earned incentives.

Payments

Our users have several payment options available, and it is essential to note that the procedures and information for making payments through Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards (referred to as the "Virtual Payment Mode") are subject to the terms agreed upon between users and relevant institutions. For any liabilities related to Virtual Payment Modes, including fraudulent transactions, we disclaim any responsibility.

We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from (a) transaction disapproval, (b) payment issues related to the transaction, or (c) transaction decline for any reason. Withdrawals

In case a withdrawal request is processed a few days after submission, users are advised to check their registered email for correspondence from Bestwicket. Violations of Fair Play Terms may lead to user restrictions and the suspension of withdrawal requests. Users found in violation may be blacklisted, resulting in the denial of withdrawal requests. Generally, withdrawals take 5 to 7 business days under normal circumstances.
